• Axcess Mechanical continues to have a strong commitment to workplace safety and over the past few years we have made tremendous strides towards advancing our Safety Program while making it a fundamental part of our operations.  Axcess Mechanical is also an ISNetworld Member Contractor.
• Axcess Mechanical has successfully formed a company Safety Committee that has been certified by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Axcess Mechanical has continually added employee training seminars which now include an annual company-wide training day, drastically expanded available personal protective equipment, instituted stringent policies, and implemented weekly tool box talks in order to engage employees with safety discussions and to create continuous awareness to workplace safety.

Axcess Mechanical’s Safety Program is strong and it will continue to get stronger thanks to the support of the company’s management who have given me the sole task and responsibility of ensuring the safety of our employees and of our customers. I have always believed that training is one of the most vital aspects to an effective company safety program.
