Rich Oversees all aspects of the company. He has daily involvement with the management team of Axcess and as well at times works with customers depending on the project.
Ted oversees operations and works with multiple project teams. He provides operational support and ensures a positive outcome for every project. Ted does all of this while directing and aligning administration to keep order.
Valerie oversees all internal operations. Her responsibilities include managing month-end close, financial statement prep, assisting with budgets, tax prep, group insurance, etc.
Mike oversees the field industrial operations. He also builds and maintains an efficient and effective field team by recruiting and managing a highly skilled team; structuring teams, projects and deadlines to promote efficient delivery, and promoting a strong and responsive culture.

Jody is an estimator within our Industrial Division. Jody collaborates with clients on potential project opportunities. Jody performs site walkthroughs to gather pertinent information resulting in an understanding of what is needed to perform requested jobs. Jody then identifies workload, material lists, and equipment needs to see potential projects through to completion and provides quoted costs to the client.
Mike is a hands-on Industrial Project Manager. He is responsible for scheduling manpower, project prep, logistics, and project oversite. Mike works with the customer, vendors, engineering, and Axcess team members to ensure projects come in on schedule and within budget.

Steve oversees the service department, while understanding customers' requirements and concerns; matching requirements and concerns to various service options.

Ray oversees take off of multiple electrical projects within the Electrical Division. He uses his hands on knowledge to understand what is needed to complete the job.
Casey oversees social branding via the Axcess Industries blog, and website while maintaining the client list and reaching out to new customers. Casey also implements marketing programs and is the point of contact for hiring.
Ann-Mari assists the controller with completion of data entry and maintains front desk operations at Axcess Industries.
